After Consultation with Dr. Heap

Well my appointment with Dr. Heap went wonderfully. I really enjoyed his knowledge on the surgery he performs. Having been approved May 27th was the greatest news I have found out in a long time. Dr. Heap is going to open a new world for me and I am going to use this to its best ability. I am a little scared only because of not knowing how much pain is entailed after surgery. I have read a lot of Blogs by people that have had the surgery and some had a great deal of pain and some had just a little less. I am anticipating the worse just so that I wont be surprised.

I have had a lot of support from family and friends on me doing this surgery. I know its not going to be a piece of cake to lose, but only a tool. I know I will have to chose the right foods and the biggest thing they say is, chew really well and do not take big bites, it will only hurt you in the end. With everyone around me asking how I am doing, will only encourage me even more.

As I get closer I will update more and after surgery I will update as much as I can. I will post on how I feel and pounds lost up to date and how I am healing and getting around. Thanks so much for all your guys support! I surely need it!
