3 month Weigh in...







So I'll begin with saying that canning and house rearraning this week has taking a toll out on my mind and body. I just have to finish the boys room and I will be all done, Yahoo! I did get out to walk/jog this week a few times. I went to the gym for BodyStep class and was saddened when I saw a sign saying it was canceled. Danette and I did do the treadmill for 45 minutes. We did spirts of 4.8mph... I COULDN'T believe it. I was and am so excited. Also, this week Kathy and I walked and on friday we kicked it up, we did 2 miles in 31 minutes. That is a 15.5 minute mile. To me that is amazing and keeps me pumped up. With Kathy as my walking/jogging buddy I have pushed myself more then I ever thought I could. I am thankful that Heavenly Father put her in my life and that we are making our goals together. Life is so much fun. I am so happy right now with every aspect of my life. :) Horray me!

Great news in weight loss. I'm so glad I kicked it up this week cause I lost 3 pounds... down to 231.5 now and that makes 56.5 pounds down in 3 months. Can it get any better? Yes it can, I am only 14.5 pounds away from my lowest that I have been in years.

I am finally trying clothes on that I haven't been able to wear in so long, and some are to big, darn, I shrunk right out of them before I knew it. :) YAHOO! Life is going great and I am enjoying being thinner again. I still have a tiny bit over 100 pounds to lose but I am ready for it, and its not holding me back. I do have to say being 100+ pounds over weight and being able to do a 15.5 minute mile, I am so proud of me!!! Thanks again everyone for your support and the comments you make, it keeps me pluggin' along.

Weigh in #12....... :)

So this week has been awesome, I made it to the gym and walked a lot. I did BodyStep, BodyJam, and walked 4 days this week. I am so excited in the progress I have been making with kicking up the exercise. This week shows how much. My weight loss has picked back up.

Well Weigh In is: 3.5 pounds down this week, YAHOO! I am down 53.5 pounds now. I am now at 234.5 pounds. I cannot believe I am in the 220's almost. I am so excited in what the future brings me. Healthy and energy is what I want most.

My plans for this week is to do BodyStep, BodyJam, BodyCombat and to Walk 4 days this week. Any extra will be a bonus and I will enjoy every minute of it, even if I am tired! It is so worth it! My children can see such a differnce in how I feel and how much more I play with them. Austin cant talk, but I see those smiles more then ever, and Nova does talk and tells me all about it!! My boys are my life and every smile I see on there face brings the happiest memories to my life.

weigh in #11...

Well this week went great! I have upped my exercise. I found a new walking buddy, her name is Kathy and she pushes me to my limits, I love it! I have my own personal trainer it seems like, and I am loving it too!

I'll get to my weight loss I guess... I lost only 1 pound this week, but considering the losses I have had in the past 10 weeks, I am still doing great. I weigh now 238 pounds, so that is 50 pounds lost now!

I am walking at 10:30am's Tuesday through Friday's. I have been averaging 2 miles in 33 minutes. We walk so fast, I jog sometimes, my legs are to short I say, or maybe Kathy's are to long. LOL Well all I know is we are challenging ourselves at least once a month to something harder or something we want to accomplish. So this next week, we want a real hill to walk, speed walk, climb, or just anything challenging... no matter how long it takes, we can say we did it!!!

Weigh in #10......

Life has been flying by, but flying by with a full schedule. With Nova in school and Austin into everything, I dont have much time to just sit! Needless to say I have been active and getting more active starting monday. I am meeting a lady in town for walking on Monday - Friday @ 10:3oam. We will walk 3 miles and then I will be off to get Nova from school. So we are going from no walking to 15 miles a week, if that dont speed up weight loss, I dont know what will! :)

Ohhh, you probably want to know the results of this weeks Weigh in... I am down to 239 pounds, so I have lost 3.5 pounds this week, for a total of 49 pounds lost. I'm really happy with the results, I can see a change and I cant wait to see more changes.

I am always tempted to buy new clothes, but I then tell myself, you've been down this road before and have plenty to fit into as I lose. Sales, Sales, Sales are so hard to pass up. Well that is it for this week. Have a wonderful week! :)
