This week has been great for exercising and toning. I have loved every minute off all my workouts. I push harder and ride the stationary bike faster and at a harder level.
With all the hard work, I am at a 2 pound loss and that puts me at 75 lost. Yahoo I am at 213.0 pounds. Well I hope that this next week brings greater numbers lost on the scale. Losing just a little must me my body getting used to the workouts. Inches are coming off so that is a plus.

Weigh in #20... FINALLY!
So the plateau is gone and I am soooooo glad. I was starting to get discouraged a bit. Working out again has been so nice. I am doing workout video's in combination with my exercise bike.
I am down to 215 pounds now. A loss of 4 pounds this week, amazing I know. I feel so happy and so glad that its back where it should be... at this rate I still might make it to ONEderland before the end of the year. I know I can do it as long as another plateau dont strike.
I am feeling wonderful and wearing new clothes and a few old ones. I always have made sure I have a few clothes to fit into when I go down sizes. I love love love Old Navy. My wardrobe consists of mostly Old Navy and Shade. Fun Fun I know! I'm still not liking how bottoms fit on me, so I am limited to the pants I wear, but the shirts are unlimited, Yay!
Thanks again for all the support everyone gives me. I'm so excited to be at a weight I havent been at for about 10 years, scary huh! BTW, I did make my mini goal of being 217 by my bday, made it better by losing 2 extra pounds, go me! Have a wonderful week.

Weigh in #19....
Ugg... what a week. Lots to do, no exercise fitted in and boy am I tired of being on the run ALL the time. I think now I am going to schedule in my workouts(at home), and make them a priority.
Weight loss this week was 2 pounds. I ate lots of salads and drank lots of water. Down 69 pounds now since surgery. It looks like I will barely make it to 217 by my bday, I am hoping that the scale will surprise me cause of losing so little the past few weeks. I am at 219 now.
Well wish me luck and keep me motivated, I need all the motivation right now. I dont have any at ALL! Thanks for all your support, it helps so much.

Weigh in #18... OK.
This week has been a stall and may be due to making pasta salads, fruit salads, cookies, more cookies for the Halloween week. I nibbled a little to much. Do I regret it, naaaa, just wish I lost more and nibbled a little less.
I lost only 1 pound this week, I know this next week I will catch up and lose more. I was so busy didnt fit in one workout, walk or gym time. I need to make it a priority to get moving more. I know it will tone and help my weight loss. But I know I can still make it to 217 by my bday, 2 weeks to go. With all this I am down 67 pounds and at 221 now :)
One thing I know is that if you deprive yourself, you end up eating more then you would have if you let yourself have that nibble or two. I know that this week I got my sweets in, and now its time to get them out, OUT of the house. LOL
My goal for this week is to lose 3.5 pounds, I know I can do it! YAY! Also I need to get my water in, I maybe got in 32 ounces in the WHOLE week... aweful I know and I probably would have lost more if I did get my water in EACH day. Have a great week, I know I will!!! :)
