Weigh in #18... OK.

This week has been a stall and may be due to making pasta salads, fruit salads, cookies, more cookies for the Halloween week. I nibbled a little to much. Do I regret it, naaaa, just wish I lost more and nibbled a little less.

I lost only 1 pound this week, I know this next week I will catch up and lose more. I was so busy didnt fit in one workout, walk or gym time. I need to make it a priority to get moving more. I know it will tone and help my weight loss. But I know I can still make it to 217 by my bday, 2 weeks to go. With all this I am down 67 pounds and at 221 now :)

One thing I know is that if you deprive yourself, you end up eating more then you would have if you let yourself have that nibble or two. I know that this week I got my sweets in, and now its time to get them out, OUT of the house. LOL

My goal for this week is to lose 3.5 pounds, I know I can do it! YAY! Also I need to get my water in, I maybe got in 32 ounces in the WHOLE week... aweful I know and I probably would have lost more if I did get my water in EACH day. Have a great week, I know I will!!! :)
