This week has been so full of everything. I only was able to work out 2 times this week. I was just so busy getting everything ready for Austin's party. The party turned out great, no stressing and getting everything done early, YAY! This week I will try to work out as much as I can, at least 3 times.
Weigh in this week put me at 222 pounds, so that is a loss of 2.5 this week. Down a total of 66 pounds now. I am fitting all my other clothes that I was fitting into when I was at 217, which I hope to be to 217 by my birthday still! I know I can do it!!!!

Weigh in #16...
I know its crazy to even think its been 16 weeks(3 1/3 months) already. I am enjoying trying on old clothes still and finding they fit again. Its totally awesome to feel so wonderful too. I am excited when I wake up to start my day. My regimen for this week is... Monday- Walk @ 1pm with Kathy, Tuesday- Gym @9:30am BodyCombat class & Walk @ 1pm, Wednesday- Gym @9:30am BodyPump & Walk @ 1:45pm, Thursday- Gym 9:30am BodyStep & Walk @ 1pm, Friday- Walk @ 1pm.
Whats even more exciting then me working out? Austin's 1st Birthday is this Friday, Oct 24th. He is growing so fast! Walking about 30% of the time, loves that fast crawling he does.
Now more exciting news... I'm down to 224.5 pounds now. That is a loss of 63.5 now. I feel most wonderful and so energetic. That brings me to a loss for this week of 3.5 pounds. Back on track I am and enjoying every moment of it.

Weigh in #15...
Amazing is how I feel! I'm so excited that I am reaching my goals. I have continued to lose weight and feel great doing it. Working out has only fitted in my schedule a few times this week because of Austin being sick.
I made it to the 220's! Yahoo! I'm currently at 228. I lost 2 pounds this week, which brings me to a total of 60 lost now.
One minute it seems like I am at a stall and then a couple weeks go by and then poof, I'm down more then I thought I would be. This last week I had a hard time with self motivation and it hindered me by not wanting to get out and do the exercise that I needed too. I feel better and motivated with knowing I hit the 60 pound mark. Its so amazing that its hard to believe. Thanks again everyone for the motivation that you have showed me. It helps me to not give up totally when I feel so down. Thanks!
I have only til November 11th at the gym, so I am going to start going in the Am, so that I can walk later on in the day and then be home by the time John gets home. I miss him to much when I am gone so long at night.

Weigh in #14......
This week was a hard week. The boys and I had the flu, we all are better now except Austin keeps acting like its still hanging in there. Needless to say I didnt get in much exercise. I will be better about it this week as I feel lots better. I'll bundle Austin us as I walk each day!! I am feeling a bit tired, but that means I better get back to remembering and taking my vitamins.
Weigh in this week was a loss... so I am glad. I lost 1.5 pounds. I am down to 230 pounds now, yahoo! Once I see 229 I will be so excited!
I'm just hoping for a better week this week and a better loss. Thanks again for all the support, I love it and most of all, it keeps me motivated. I feel wonderful at having lost 58 pounds now. Exactly 100 more pounds to go!!! YAHOO!
