Weigh in #34...

Last week was hard and so full.  Busy schedule, not feeling well, and just not wanting to do anything for myself... I didnt work out last week but 2 days.  I know next week i will get my exercise in for I feel so much better about myself and most of the depression is gone.  I took pictures and I will post them... I can finally tell a difference, when I compare these ones with the ones back in last June 2008.  

Im still scared that I wont be able to get down to 130... its gonna be hard and if I follow the healthy weight for my height on the pyramid.. I should be between 99 and 121 at most.  Im excited to be where I am at but would love to be in there somewhere.  I know surgery will have to be done at some point to remove skin, which right now I dont have much of a problem with, it seems to be retaining its elasticity and goin back where it came from... TONING is so wonderful and makes me feel so much better.  

I only lost 1 pound this week but I am ok with that... the past few weeks have been good to me.  I do look forward to a bigger loss this week and to feel a big difference in the toning and shrinkin me.  Thanks again for all your support and telling me that you do see a difference, sometimes its so hard for me to tell any difference and Ive had many a times I just want to give up and just let happen what will.  But the only thing I have 100 percent control of is... what I eat, what I wear, and what I do.  So in all that Exercise is what I have control of doing... i will do this and enjoy it.

Weigh in # 33....

This week brought great numbers.  I lost 3 pounds which brings me down to 194, and 103 pounds lost, yes One hundred three pounds!!! YAHOO!!!  Can I tell the difference, yes as long as I am not trying on a different size to see if I fit into the next size.  If they are to tight still, I feel like I am back at where I started 297.  FAT!  Well I am getting healthier and loving it and I have so much more energy.

This week I worked out with Rosey and Jessie 4 days, Monday thru Thursday.  We did 20 minutes each on the Treadmill, the bike, and workout video.  Total of a hours workout.  Then did ab work out for 5 mins.  Feels so wonderful.  

Well I plan on keepin up the great exercise and food regimin as long as I dont get sick again(knock on wood).  I'm still tryin to get over this one, the headache/sinus thing keeps hangin in there.

Weigh in #32....

Back in the losing streak again. The treadmill is a wonderful addition to my workout. Last week consisted of 30 to 45 minutes on treadmill at 4mph to 6mph... I didnt get to 6mph until thursday. Each day I feel like I can do so much more. I love it. I love what changes I see in my body. I love it!!!

Being down a total of 100 POUNDS now is absolutely the best feeling ever. Down 2 pounds this week puts me at 197. I am hoping to see 189 by the end of the month. I know I can do it. Also I have been stuck in a size 18 forever it seems. Man it discouraging... yes I have a problem where the pants have to sit on me, not HUG me. I dont like the belly roll over the pants at all. I feel fatter when it does that. Lets hope to get into a size 16 by the end of the month. All this toning should help so much.

Since last week I have had added extra support, she is my secret support... she has pushed me to be good, and to do what I need to to get exercise done. YAY US! She is losing too and she even lost more then me this week, I better put it into high gear or she will be at goal before me... LOL I love a challenge!!!

Weigh in #31....

This week I did good, but I think I did mostly toned. I maintained this week. We will see what the next week brings. Im motivated and so excited. Really really excited cause today we are going to buy a treadmill. Where are we going to put it??? I will get creative and I will find a spot :)

I will do at least 30 minutes a day on treadmill and at least 20 on bike. I will fit a video in if its my day off at night.

Wish me luck!!!!! Here comes more weight loss a week. 199 pounds and going down.... LOVING ONEderland. 69 more pounds to go to goal!! YAY!
