Ugg... what a week. Lots to do, no exercise fitted in and boy am I tired of being on the run ALL the time. I think now I am going to schedule in my workouts(at home), and make them a priority.
Weight loss this week was 2 pounds. I ate lots of salads and drank lots of water. Down 69 pounds now since surgery. It looks like I will barely make it to 217 by my bday, I am hoping that the scale will surprise me cause of losing so little the past few weeks. I am at 219 now.
Well wish me luck and keep me motivated, I need all the motivation right now. I dont have any at ALL! Thanks for all your support, it helps so much.
