Seems like its going by so slow and losing so slow, but I guess not to bad.
Weigh in this week was 250 pounds! Yahoo! I looked back at last week and noticed that is a 4 pound loss this week so a total of 38 lost. Yahoo!
I can tell in my clothes finally... I just never took the time to try smaller stuff on because I was so afraid of it not fitting still. Well I need to go through the bigger stuff and donate it. Life has been so busy but I still step on that scale every morning to see where I am at. At times I do go up 1/2 pound and then back down.
I got a membership at Kia Ora Fitness Gym. I only signed up for the 3 month because I know with winter right around the corner when my 3 months are up will be hard to get to Kennewick in the snow or ice or what ever mother nature might bring. I do go with Danette and we have fun and the kids get to play with each other in day care. Dare care prices there arent to bad. Only $34 for the whole month no matter how many children you have. Neat huh!
So far we have swam for 75 minutes on Thursday night, Friday night and this morning... yes 75 minutes each day. Swam laps the whole time. The first night we were kinda tired, but we are loving it now and the pool water is just right, seems cold when you get in but then its just right.
I guess I'll stop asking for comments, no one must read my blog anyways... Oh well at least at the end of the year when I get my blog bound and sent to me, I will have a memory of my wonderful life with a healthy body.

- Lets start out by saying, now that I am 28 years old and getting older. Also, that I have battled the bulge since I was 5 years old and went on and off diets over the years. I am tired of being overweight and my genes have a way of bringing me back on my way to my highest weight. I am done with the heart ache of being looked at funny or just knowing I am fat. I dont think I took the easy way out, I did think that at first, believe me I did! But I took the Healthy way! I need to be healthy for my family and for me. I need to be around for a long time, watch my children grow and watch them marry and have children too. Life is a journey and I want to be in for the long haul. I love my Heavenly Father for all he has showed me and the route in life I have chosen because of him.
