This week was pretty good... fun family times and loved getting caught up on the relatives lives. It was so fun!
Well I've lost 1.5 pounds this week. Brings me down to 203, which brings me to 85 pounds lost! YAY!!!
Life has been pretty good this week. Its been pretty exciting to watch Nova be so excited about christmas this year.

- Lets start out by saying, now that I am 28 years old and getting older. Also, that I have battled the bulge since I was 5 years old and went on and off diets over the years. I am tired of being overweight and my genes have a way of bringing me back on my way to my highest weight. I am done with the heart ache of being looked at funny or just knowing I am fat. I dont think I took the easy way out, I did think that at first, believe me I did! But I took the Healthy way! I need to be healthy for my family and for me. I need to be around for a long time, watch my children grow and watch them marry and have children too. Life is a journey and I want to be in for the long haul. I love my Heavenly Father for all he has showed me and the route in life I have chosen because of him.
