Arrived at 2:30pm.
Dr. Heap took off padding bandages, and staples out. Pinched a little but was ok. Then he prepped the drainage tube. Shots of lidacain(John said, but I spelled wrong), in the tube and around the skin around the tube. Then pull and OUCH, owie, owe owe owe owe, I just kept saying. Then done! yahoo!!!!!
Ohhh yeah Weigh in... 288 pre-surgery minus 276, so down 12 pounds in 1 week! Yahoo! I am so excited for the weeks and days to come!
Posted is what I will do, sorry took so long to get on here, just couldnt sit upright in chair for very long.

- Lets start out by saying, now that I am 28 years old and getting older. Also, that I have battled the bulge since I was 5 years old and went on and off diets over the years. I am tired of being overweight and my genes have a way of bringing me back on my way to my highest weight. I am done with the heart ache of being looked at funny or just knowing I am fat. I dont think I took the easy way out, I did think that at first, believe me I did! But I took the Healthy way! I need to be healthy for my family and for me. I need to be around for a long time, watch my children grow and watch them marry and have children too. Life is a journey and I want to be in for the long haul. I love my Heavenly Father for all he has showed me and the route in life I have chosen because of him.
