Well I went to Dr. apt today at 3:15pm. All was great and took out stitches and got my vitamins and iron pills. I now don't return for 3 months unless I need something or a check-up at my request.
I feel wonderful!!!!
SOOO.... Down to 265 now... 23 pounds down in just 2 weeks. So wonderful huh. I am so excited. I sill will update every week with weigh in and how I am feeling.
I did have a bit of nausea yesterday but Dr. said its because of introducing regular foods back into my food selections. I have slept in bed only once since I have been out of hospital. I cannot sleep on my side yet, which is my favorite sleep position. I feel absolutely wonderful, I am so glad I had the surgery and so glad that my husband and family and friends have been so supportive of me. Thanks to all and love you all.

- Lets start out by saying, now that I am 28 years old and getting older. Also, that I have battled the bulge since I was 5 years old and went on and off diets over the years. I am tired of being overweight and my genes have a way of bringing me back on my way to my highest weight. I am done with the heart ache of being looked at funny or just knowing I am fat. I dont think I took the easy way out, I did think that at first, believe me I did! But I took the Healthy way! I need to be healthy for my family and for me. I need to be around for a long time, watch my children grow and watch them marry and have children too. Life is a journey and I want to be in for the long haul. I love my Heavenly Father for all he has showed me and the route in life I have chosen because of him.
