I am feeling wonderful and weigh-ins are now at home. I don't have to go see Dr. Heap for 3 months. That will just be for progress check up and weigh in of course.
I did have a episode yesterday, I went and got a soft taco at Taco Bell, I must of ate to fast but I thought I was good and then as I am driving, I started throwing up. Thank goodness they give you plastic bags at Taco Bell. So needless to say I didn't feel to good last night. I am feeling pretty good today and have a day planned so lets just hope my body will hold up to the heat today, it seems to feel awful right now when I get to hot.
So.. the wonderful news of Weigh-in.... Down 30.5 pounds now, in just 3 weeks. I wish that it would just keep falling off this way but I know it will slow down. As soon as incision is totally healed I will start working up a workout schedule. Yahoo! I am excited, if anyone knows me, I love to work out, love to walk and love to just be out doors.

- Lets start out by saying, now that I am 28 years old and getting older. Also, that I have battled the bulge since I was 5 years old and went on and off diets over the years. I am tired of being overweight and my genes have a way of bringing me back on my way to my highest weight. I am done with the heart ache of being looked at funny or just knowing I am fat. I dont think I took the easy way out, I did think that at first, believe me I did! But I took the Healthy way! I need to be healthy for my family and for me. I need to be around for a long time, watch my children grow and watch them marry and have children too. Life is a journey and I want to be in for the long haul. I love my Heavenly Father for all he has showed me and the route in life I have chosen because of him.
